This was my first time selling the place in a nasty market. I did it as a single parent, while working and other such events. Shep did a good job of encouraging me thru the process and being understanding of my situation. He wasn't afraid to share his opinion on how things should look but was open and understanding to replies. He did a good job helping us thru this difficult process and i am thankful he called us back when i asked to sell my house thru his agency.

Overall...it's tough selling a house but Shep helped a lot thru the process and made it possible and less overwhelming to someone that didn't know what to expect.
